Additional terms and conditions may apply to other areas of the website and to particular negotiations or content posted on the site in conjunction with the actual Terms of Use Agreement. Social-Aid holds the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions Agreement at any time.

Customers who use the Social-Aid.com website agree to follow any change or modification and are bound by the modified Terms of Use Agreement. The current revision date of the Terms of Use Agreement is listed below.

Limitation of Liability

As you are bound by the Terms of Agreement, you must indemnify, defend and hold Social-Aid harmless for any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with your alleged breach of the Terms of Service in using our service. You must also indemnify, defend, and hold Social-Aid harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Provisions

This Terms of Use Agreement with Social-Aid constitutes the entire agreement between all parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Termination of Service

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your job order and will end when terminated by either party. If Social-Aid determines that you are abusing the system in its sole discretion, the company withdraws your participation and withholds any amount to you without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it.

Social Media Accounts

Social-Aid is not liable for any accounts and videos that are removed due to our services being implemented. Purchase of our services is at your own risk, and it is nearly impossible to determine why social media account providers suspend or delete accounts. Due to this, we cannot refund after services that have been completed if this has occurred to an account.

Money Back Guarantee

Social-Aid offers the option to refund the customer's money if their needs are not met. These must be processed in due diligence and due process. Social-Aid reserves the right to meet customer satisfaction. We cannot guarantee that the followers will remain as followers for life; some will eventually unfollow due to disinterest. That's why we over deliver, to begin with. After all, it's all voluntarily and up to the follower at the end of the day.

These terms and conditions are updated and effective as of October 12, 2017
